Tom Ciprian, President, CEO Tom has been actively involved in the interactive sports products business since 1997 when he co-founded Play-By-Play Sports. His first experiences in the mobile industry came with the successful deployment of the company’s online sports game. Soon thereafter Tom shifted his focus to designing mobile sports applications and project managing development teams. Tom has established himself as an industry sports expert while creating many valuable relationships with several well-known sports brands. Tom provides wireless content vision to both sports and technology companies alike through the facilitation of strategic partnership agreements.Before starting the Play-By-Play Sports companies, Tom’s detailed sports knowledge and broadcast industry experience began in 1992 where he received his degree in Broadcast Communications from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He held several positions in radio and television for 6 years prior to starting his own company. He has worked with several government organizations and businesses managing many business development initiatives and providing strategic planning and marketing services. His most recent accomplishment was establishing the marketing and communications department for the Centre for Curriculum, Transfer, and Technology in Victoria, BC. Mitchell is a graduate of the University of Waterloo with a master’s degree in Economic Development.
