PRESS RELEASE

FRASER DOWNS LAUNCHES THE FIRST WIRELESS HORSE RACING APPLICATION IN CANADA

SURREY, British Columbia: October 31, 2003 - Fraser Downs and Acingo Inc. are pleased to announce that, starting on November 1, 2003; horse racing fans will be able to access daily news, entries, results and other Fraser Downs racing information through their web-enabled cell phones, anytime and anywhere.

Acingo, a New Westminster-based wireless sports development company, and Fraser Downs have signed an agreement to develop a wireless application to allow any web-enabled cell phone user to follow horse racing content as found on the FraserDowns.com website.

By entering www.fraserdowns.com/wml/ in any phone's web browser, users will be able to read Fraser Downs news and upcoming events, each week's race entries, changes, stats, schedules and of course results from every local live racing card. Chuck Keeling, general manager of Fraser Downs, believes "this emerging technology allows us to provide as much information to our fans as possible. It is important to Fraser Downs that anyone can access daily race changes, a scratch to a horse as well as race day results even when they can't get out to the racetrack or in front of their computers."

As of the first weekend of racing in November, the mobile site will be activated and begin what Tom Ciprian, Acingo president and CEO, says " is a huge step for horse racing fans in British Columbia and fans of the sport. To have access to this type of information is very valuable to someone who takes horse racing seriously. Acingo wants to make sure Fraser Downs is a leader in this sport and by showing their commitment to technology is another way of showing their commitment to its fans."
