We ensure while writing a project scope that before any functional requirements are identified, we identify all of the project’s quality attributes, performance goals and business constraints on the path to project completion.

Once we have a baseline on the requirement specifications, we then shift to managing and analyzing each requirement through a detailed tracking process.

Nearing completion of the project, we provide support and analysis of all field testing and detection of bugs within the final engineering process.
